Om man nu har vätskelista, så har man den av en anledning, men det räcker inte med att halva personalstyrkan använder sig av den!
Pinsamt att sammanställa en dag och personen enligt pappret druckit 400 ml. För det mest så har ju vederbörande druckit minst lika mycket till, men det kan man ju inte ha till försvar ifall någon ifrågasätter. Västkelista är ju till lika mycket för personalen, för att vi ska ha något konkret att peka, som för den boende.
Hoppas att det beror på okunskap som folk inte använder sig av den.

Det där problemet känner jag igen men oftast tror jag att det berott på stress(hoppas jag i alla fall) men det finns folk som helt enkelt ger faen i att fylla i-kanske de inte fattar att det är jätteviktigt o hur snabbt det kan gå åt skogen om personen inte får i sig tillräckligt med vätska

Jag känner också igen detta problemet. Vi har kämpat med detta i många år och det har tagits upp på hur många möten som helst att de måste fyllas i. Man kan ju undra vad man måste göra för att det ska bli ifyllt.
Kanske låter cynisk nu, men vid vissa tillfällen känns det som om något måste hända innan folk får upp ögonen för hur viktiga vissa saker är.
Eller att man har en väldigt drivande sjuksköterksa som hela tiden påpekar det tills det nöts in hos folk ;)
tror nog att det många gånger handlar om en kombination av okunskap- man inser inte hur viktigt det kan vara med vätskelista och maxdryck samt glömska- jobbar själv på en hjärtvårdsavdelning och vet hur lätt det är att skriva upp dryck om pat ätit t ex i matsalen och vätskelistan ligger inne på patsalen.
Kanske skulle lösa det genom att hänga listan kring halsen på pat ;)
